WELCOME TO AN AWESOME FAMILY VACATION HOME!

This large home is situated on a private road, directly on the Nubble and across the street from the ocean. Enjoy the (partial) ocean views and only a 8-minute walk to Long Sands beach, Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse are both a 10-minute walk. When you are not at the beach you can enjoy your time outside on one of the three decks.  Perfect for a multi-generational family vacation!

The ground floor is perfect for the children with 4 twin beds in a large open area, a TV, couch and a bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds.
 
The 2nd floor has an open kitchen with an island, granite counter tops, gas stove and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen opens to a 25' x 14' living room with water views and access to two decks, one covered deck in the front facing the ocean and one in back for grilling.
 
The 3rd floor has a large master bedroom (king bed), walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and soaking tub. The master opens to a private 16' x 12' deck with water views. Also, on the 3rd floor are 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and a common bathroom with walk-in shower.

Classic shingle style beach house with Fully stocked kitchen, Paper goods supplied, Washer & Dryer, Bed and bath linen, Hair dryers in each bathroom, Make-up mirrors, 8 beach chairs, Large cooler and Beach umbrella!

We are a family run business. Sean & Lesley are the owners.   We walk thru the day of your check-in to ensure that our home is ready for you. We live just a little over an hour from this home and are available during your stay if you need anything or have questions!
