This large vacation home is situated on a private road across the street from the ocean and directly on the Nubble. You'll enjoy the ocean views and the close proximity to the beaches. It's only an 8-10 minute walk to Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach and the Nubble Lighthouse!
When you are not at the beach, you can enjoy some time outside on one of the three decks or the front lawn. It's the Perfect home for your multi-generational family vacation!

It has two great beach areas: Long Sands and Short Sands Beach, an Amusement Park, "Funorama" Arcade/Bowling, Ice Cream/Candy Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Gift Shops.
HOUSE AMENITIES
Our goal is to make your stay as "Turnkey" as possible. This classic shingle style beach house has all the comforts of home like AC and a fully stocked kitchen.
Inside, we provide Paper Goods, Washer & Dryer, Bed and Bath Linens, Hair Dryers in each bathroom, Make-Up Mirrors and much more.
For Outside, we provide a Propane Grill, Deck Tables & Chairs, 8 Beach Chairs, Large Cooler and a Beach Umbrella!
CAPE NEDDICK NUBBLE LIGHTHOUSE
The lighthouse sits on top of the Cape Neddick Nubble, a small rocky island. It is visited by thousands of people every year and one of the most photographed lighthouses in the country.
YORK'S WILD KINGDOM ZOO
AND FUN PARK
Kids will adore the animals, the petting zoo, the rides, the mini-golf, and the haunted house. Part of the charm is the amusement rides are a bit old and nostalgic.

A great place for sun bathing, swimming and beach strolls. Most of the summer, there are lifeguards on duty, Bathhouses with restrooms, and great food & entertainment facilities. Best of all it still has that small town New England summer feel!
